Performance Monitoring - Improvement Objectives and Actions

All Improvement Objectives are supported by one or more Actions. Operational and management responsibility for each Action is shown in detail on the website. These are grouped under the respective strategy group. This highlights lines of accountability and provides an accessible management tool for both strategic and operational purposes.

Each Action has a progress report which is dated. Progress is categorised on a Red, Amber, and Green (RAG) “traffic-light system for ready analysis.
The date appearing next to the 'Progress' column shows when each progress report was made. The colour code uses a "traffic light" system showing progress status at that date.

Red = no significant progress;
Amber = progressing, but some slippage
Green = on course for completion to timescale
Blue = completed.
