Substance Misuse Training

Please find attached a Substance Misuse Training Calendar from the Highland Alcohol and Drug Partnership thats sets out a range of training opportunities from different national and local providers from June to October 2012. Please note there are different booking arrangements depending on the training provider delivering the course and for some courses you are advised to book with the provider directly.

The Highland Alcohol and Drug Partnership (HADP) advise you to book early as places are limited and if oversubscribed may result in places per agency being limited.

Tea and coffee will be provided. However, participants for all courses will have to make their own arrangements for lunch in order to reduce costs.

Please note: HADP will be conducting a Training Needs Analysis exercise later this year that will lead to more targeted training opportunities. If your agency is involved in delivering any substance misuse related training, please let HADP know and we can help to advertise it across partner organisations.

Please also find attached the STRADA Prospectus and  a flyer from Scottish Drugs Forum outlining outcomes for their courses.
