Getting it right for
every child
As well as implementing the national review of the Children's Hearings System,
we will achieve more seamless assessment, planning and review processes for
children.
The success measure for this will include:
- Children getting the help they need when they need it;
- Less bureaucracy - more direct work with children & families;
- Greater knowledge about and confidence in services.
The pathfinding experience will be rapid:
- Development phase - before September 2006;
- Implementation across Inverness - from September through to Spring 2007;
- Roll-out across Highland (and Scotland) from 2007.
