Integrated Planning
Performance Delivery
Within
the Children's Plan, the improvement objectives and the delivery structures to
achieve these objectives are monitored through the Performance Delivery
Structure. This structure is made up of several key elements:
Improvement
Objectives |
Delivery
Strategies |
Progress
to date |
Operational
Responsibility |
Management
Responsibility |
Strategic
Responsibility |
There are clear management arrangements in place to support the
monitoring of the improvement objectives and delivery strategies. Each
delivery strategy is the responsibility of one of FHC2's Strategic Groups.
The Strategic Groups liaise with those with the necessary operational and
management responsibility to assess the progress.
Progress towards the delivery strategies is updated on an
ongoing and regular basis.
The jigsaw pieces represent one of each of the 7 themes of the
Children's Plan. To see the improvement objectives and delivery strategy
progress for any of the themes in Excel format, click on the corresponding icon.
The date appearing next to the 'Progress' column shows when each
progress report was made. The colour code uses a "traffic light" system
showing progress status at that date. Red = no progress; Amber = underway;
Green = completed; Blue = archived.
