For Highland's Children makes a clear commitment to
increase the number of parents participating in funded parenting
programmes. To realise this ambition, a Highland Parenting
Program Development Officer has been appointed. Early tasks
have included a mapping exercise of existing service provision and
the establishment of a Highland Parenting Reference Group.
